I would rate this service zero (0) stars if possible. I frequently shop for clothing online and have never closely examined return policies until now. I purchased two pairs of 'leather' boots, but they are definitely not leather—perhaps some kind of plastic? I want to return them, but the process is ridiculous. The policy requires returns within a specific number of hours—HOURS?? Contacting customer support takes over a day for an unclear reply, followed by two days of back and forth, and ultimately no return address provided. Frustrating. I won't be shopping here again. Avoid this hassle.
