Why did I not come hear and read all these reviews before placing my order ? Well I fell for the fact they are a brand name but I did not realise that is all they are a name with no service.I placed an order on 07.12.25 with delivery in 4-5 days it said, next day I get an update saying they are extremely busy and will not be able to ship my item until the 15.12.25, I purchased this item for a holiday but I very much doubt it will arrive in time, so I try to contact them. Phone number is outside the UK so not going down that route, Live chat starts with a bot who then says passing you over to an agent, from that point nothing comes from the chat.Emails get responded to by auto response.So no means of contact, no way to cancel this order, I will have to go down the route of getting my bank involved to snatch my payment back.Calvin Klein more like Jeckel and Hide.
