Avoid this airline! If another carrier is available, choose them! I booked three flights as a single booking for a tour. They rescheduled one flight to 5 hours earlier, which we couldn’t make, and refused to refund that leg, insisting we cancel the entire booking. We found an alternative flight with them from a different airport, which we booked two weeks ago. Now, that flight is listed as cancelled with no communication from the airline. Their customer support doesn’t answer calls, so I relied on email, and it took them three days to respond, stating the flight was cancelled for commercial reasons. It’s ridiculous that they can cancel two flights for commercial reasons in three weeks. Now, we have to take a lengthy transfer and book a later flight with another airline. I'm anxious about my remaining flights with this unreliable airline. Just avoid them.
