The boxes also said they were expired but Customer Service told me: “The expiry date printed on the packaging is not indicative of the mask’s actual usable lifetime. This labeling was initially added to comply with the policies of certain online platforms that required products to display an expiry date. Although we no longer sell on some of these platforms, we’ve maintained this practice for consistency. Rest assured, the mask's effective usability begins only when you start actively wearing it.” Luckily, I received a prompt refund for the 4 masks and disposed of them.
