I waited months to receive my masks and the elastic was defective on 4 of the 5 masks. The boxes also said they were expired but Customer Service told me:
“The expiry date printed on the packaging is not indicative of the mask’s actual usable lifetime. This labeling was initially added to comply with the policies of certain online platforms that required products to display an expiry date. Although we no longer sell on some of these platforms, we’ve maintained this practice for consistency. Rest assured, the mask's effective usability begins only when you start actively wearing it.” Luckily, I received a prompt refund for the 4 masks and disposed of them.

EDIT (06/04/2026): after sending Letter before Claim the issue was escalated to the management and the company promised to refund the original purchase price. It seems like the customer support doesn't have the freedom to offer more than relatively restricted "solutions" for their customers, for which I can not really blame them.I have received the mask on 18/02/2026 and found it doesn't fit and also the head strap is in the way when wearing helmet (which was intended use). Notified support and went back and forth about how to adjust and wear but this didn't really helped at all, I just couldn't manage to keep the mask on without falling.On 04/03/2026 I have noticed the mask is in fact expired (expiry August-2025) and asked for refunds, was told to send the mask on my own expense to Jersey and sent the mask. The package was delivered on 16/03/2026 and since then I have not received a single response from Cambridge Mask support, nor have I been refunded.
The masks arrived within a few days of the order. I have used these masks in the past and they are sturdy, comfortable to wear and fit well if you choose the correct size when ordering. They can be used time and time again. I highly reccomend Cambridge Company masks.
Cambridge Mask has as yet to refund my money for the bad mask that don't work and for not giving me the new mask at 70 dollars. I already told them that over and over again and they act like I never asked. I want people to know this. It used to be a really good company but her is the thing. I ordered a Pro mask. When I tried it on, I was not sure it was the right size and so raised it with the company. They were fantastic, offered to send me a different size at no cost except the carriage charges and gave me helpful email advice. The masks themselves are excellent.
