I ordered a Fakro window - which on the website stated 10-15 working days to dispatch. It's now at 28 working days and I haven't received my order.Due to the delivery updates not being on their site, I have had to call up and ask for delivery information regularly, which usually results in the promise of a call back which has mostly not happened.This is delaying my roofing works, and I still don't know if the window has been dispatched by Fakro, or when it will arrive.I cannot recommend this company.
