I was informed that my delivery was due for around 1.30pm so I made arrangements that day to do a small job. I received a phone call from my customer about 8.15am to say that the delivery was here!!! I had to leave a job in a hurry to go to the delivery address. I was then met with an obnoxious delivery driver stating that we don’t give timed deliveries, but I have this in writing!!!!. There has been some confusion here? Surely the driver knows that I was going to be the first drop? As there was only my order onboard and distance about 210miles. Or was this Friday blues!! And early finish perhaps. I was more upset that I had my morning planed to work around this.
