Poor service, ordered a skylight but turned out to be incompatible with my roof profile. Fair play - my bad however the returns process has been a nightmare. Long story short they don’t offer you all your money back and if the return process exceeds 60 days they don’t take it back at all. I initiated the returns process within the 60 days and they didn’t response. When I chased it up because it was now past the 60 day mark they advised I sell it on eBay. This was from Luke the head of operations who I believe oversees the returns process and this was on advice from the company owner. Basically I reckon they would probably be ok if the skylight you close fit and was installed properly initially, if not and you require any customer service. I just wouldn’t bother, been a really poor experience and I wished I’d have bought from a bigger company that respects statutory rights. I may be misguided but a product ordered incorrectly and unopened/in perfect condition should be eligible for a refund. Sadly not reflected in the returns policy of Cambridge skylights so I would recommend to stay away. If anyone wants anymore detail feel free to contact me
