I had a clear query that has been dumped somewhere in the circumlocution office and will never be sorted because that would mena they have to admit mistake. they clearky employ aggressive people who are prepared to bully and gaslight vunerable tenants. there is a clear problem in the recruitment team. the calibre of staff is appalling either disinterest or sadistic promotion seekers.
