The worst service ever, I make the effort leave work to wait for repairs appointment they don’t turned up, when I call they lied no access, most unreliable service, badly managed.If that was private renter they have a lot to say.Useless service, unreliable no transparency.They only thing are good at is wasting our money, they employ useless staff, contractors don’t have experience and paying lots of money for surveyors for fire safety they haven’t got a clue.
