Awful experience from beginning to end. I ordered a shoulder bag that was later confirmed to be out of stock, despite being shown as available during my purchase. I was offered a replacement, agreed to a specific alternative, and had to follow up multiple times just to get basic questions answered, like whether I’d be refunded the price difference. To make things worse, another item in my order was also out of stock, only disclosed after I had already paid. The final straw: after agreeing on a replacement bag, I received a completely different bag than what was agreed upon, without any confirmation. This is simply unacceptable. Although the staff eventually confirmed a refund for the price difference, the entire process was disorganized, poorly communicated, and dragged on for too long. Selling items that aren’t actually in stock and sending incorrect replacements shows a serious lack of internal control. I would not recommend this service unless you’re ready for delays, mistakes, and constant follow-ups.
