Extremely disappointing experience overall. I ordered a shoulder bag that was confirmed to be out of stock, even though it was listed as available at the time of purchase. I was offered a replacement and agreed to a specific alternative, but had to follow up multiple times just to get basic questions answered, like whether I would receive a refund for the price difference. To make matters worse, another item in my order was also out of stock, which was only revealed after I had already paid. The final straw: after agreeing on a replacement bag, they sent me a completely different bag without confirming the change. This is simply unacceptable. Although the staff eventually confirmed a refund for the price difference, the entire process was disorganized, poorly communicated, and overly lengthy. Selling items that aren’t actually in stock and sending incorrect replacements indicates a serious lack of internal control. I would not recommend this service unless you’re prepared for delays, errors, and the need to constantly follow up.

I ordered on a Friday, as their website stated it would be dispatched by Monday or Tuesday. When I had not heard anything by Wednesday, I sent a brief email asking for an update. They apologized and said the dispatch team had it and it would be sent soon. By Friday, still no updates, so I emailed again asking for the ETA. The reply came late Friday asking me to verify an amount to confirm my credit card, and it would be sent afterward. I relied on their stated dispatch times, and now I’m unlikely to receive it before I leave. If there are delays, they should inform me instead of me having to chase them. I will not be ordering from them again. For clarity, I emailed last Wednesday and was told it was with shipping. I understand security checks are necessary, but shouldn’t this have been done on Wednesday when they had the item, not late Friday afternoon? I responded within six minutes on Friday. When I ordered, it stated 5 in stock, not at the supplier. Short staffing does not justify the slow shipping, especially since they had it Wednesday. Their explanation does not add up. At least I found it cheaper and got overnight shipping elsewhere.
I ordered through this service because they claimed 1-3 business days for shipping if the item was in stock. The item was listed as in stock. I ordered on a Monday, but it wasn’t shipped until the following Monday, and I didn’t receive it for another week after shipping. I called five times before anyone answered the phone, and my emails went unanswered. Poor communication and misleading advertising. I’m happy with the product, but don’t order from them if you need your order quickly.
Avoid this shop. They took a month to inform me that the camera I ordered was actually unavailable. They then tried to sell me a more expensive version. I attempted to call multiple times but could never get through. Clearly, they do not manage their phones. I understand mistakes happen, but taking a month to inform me of stock issues was quite frustrating. Look elsewhere.
I ordered a Garmin Mini 2 at a great price. Unfortunately, I had to email them 10 days later for an update. They replied apologizing that it was no longer in stock. I expressed my disappointment, as they should have known immediately and informed me. They offered a substitute with a small discount, but I needed the dash cam urgently. Very disappointed!

The support team took days to respond to my email and then refused a replacement or refund, even though the product was not waterproof as advertised. Be very cautious; if the product is faulty, they take no responsibility and do not take action to resolve the issue. I will not shop with them again.

I ordered a camera after confirming stock on 22/8/2022. I followed up two weeks later and was told the camera had been assigned to me. Checking again on 22/9/2022, I was informed I was still awaiting stock. The camera arrived over a month after my purchase, but the invoice for warranty purposes was dated the order date, effectively reducing my warranty period. I asked them to correct this but received no response. I have since purchased an external battery charger and Bluetooth remote elsewhere, including their email with warranty registration to verify my purchase date.
