I ordered on a Friday, as their website stated it would be dispatched by Monday or Tuesday. When I had not heard anything by Wednesday, I sent a brief email asking for an update. They apologized and said the dispatch team had it and it would be sent soon. By Friday, still no updates, so I emailed again asking for the ETA. The reply came late Friday asking me to verify an amount to confirm my credit card, and it would be sent afterward. I relied on their stated dispatch times, and now I’m unlikely to receive it before I leave. If there are delays, they should inform me instead of me having to chase them. I will not be ordering from them again. For clarity, I emailed last Wednesday and was told it was with shipping. I understand security checks are necessary, but shouldn’t this have been done on Wednesday when they had the item, not late Friday afternoon? I responded within six minutes on Friday. When I ordered, it stated 5 in stock, not at the supplier. Short staffing does not justify the slow shipping, especially since they had it Wednesday. Their explanation does not add up. At least I found it cheaper and got overnight shipping elsewhere.
