I purchased a camera for overseas travel. After the first submersion in water, the camera froze and stopped working. The support team took days to respond to my email and then refused a replacement or refund, even though the product was not waterproof as advertised. Be very cautious; if the product is faulty, they take no responsibility and do not take action to resolve the issue. I will not shop with them again.
