The camera I ordered was out of stock despite being shown as available online, indicating poor stock management. It took me following up four working days later to inquire about my order status. They then offered a different camera that was not comparable, showing a lack of knowledge. Ultimately, it took five more working days to process my refund of nearly $2K.
