Extremely disappointing experience overall. I ordered a shoulder bag that was confirmed to be out of stock, even though it was listed as available at the time of purchase. I was offered a replacement and agreed to a specific alternative, but had to follow up multiple times just to get basic questions answered, like whether I would receive a refund for the price difference. To make matters worse, another item in my order was also out of stock, which was only revealed after I had already paid. The final straw: after agreeing on a replacement bag, they sent me a completely different bag without confirming the change. This is simply unacceptable. Although the staff eventually confirmed a refund for the price difference, the entire process was disorganized, poorly communicated, and overly lengthy. Selling items that aren’t actually in stock and sending incorrect replacements indicates a serious lack of internal control. I would not recommend this service unless you’re prepared for delays, errors, and the need to constantly follow up.
