There has been no communication after several emails; my parcel hasn’t dispatched. It seems they respond to negative reviews, so I hope they reply here. My order has been stuck in processing since December 27th, totaling 11 days without updates. Please cancel my order, as it is still processing. I have a screenshot. Update: they mentioned a seven-day wait for a first email response. I have been checking my emails since the 5th, after receiving no updates since the 27th, with an email stating 'we’ve received your enquiry.' Please don’t make me appear dishonest. Customers deserve more frequent updates; only after their response did the status change on the website and tracking.
