Review Time
I ordered a camera body and it arrived on time, 8 days later. Tracking was provided by Royal Mail, but only a day before delivery. The product box was unsealed and meant for a camera + lens kit, which is slightly disappointing, but maybe explains the bargain price. I was initially concerned by the lack of Nikon warranty, but the website offers an independent 18 month warranty for imported products.
I placed my order on January 2nd and received my lens on January 10th. It arrived beautifully packaged with excellent shipping. The lens was brand new, and everything appeared untouched. The service was highly professional, and communication was outstanding. It includes a warranty for returning to the seller. I couldn't be happier and will definitely consider purchasing again due to the fantastic prices.

Great product selection and competitive pricing. Exceptional customer support. I bought a camera from this company, and after three months it had a fault. I sent it back for evaluation, and within two business days, I got an email confirming a replacement would be sent. Three days later, I received a brand new replacement. Communication throughout was exemplary, and the entire process was outstanding. Well done to the team!
I received my package very quickly; as a company, you are commendable, but I was not pleased with the packaging. It was just a box with excessive tape. Upon opening the first box, the original box had a broken seal, and the contents were all disorganized. I hope everything is fine with the camera; so far, so good.
There has been no communication after several emails; my parcel hasn’t dispatched. It seems they respond to negative reviews, so I hope they reply here. My order has been stuck in processing since December 27th, totaling 11 days without updates. Please cancel my order, as it is still processing. I have a screenshot. Update: they mentioned a seven-day wait for a first email response. I have been checking my emails since the 5th, after receiving no updates since the 27th, with an email stating 'we’ve received your enquiry.' Please don’t make me appear dishonest. Customers deserve more frequent updates; only after their response did the status change on the website and tracking.
I can confirm that this service is trustworthy after receiving my order quickly, despite the long distance! The representative was very responsive to my emails and maintained professionalism throughout. It was fantastic to get my camera for a much lower price than mainstream retailers. The box was opened (presumably to replace the charger with a UK style), yet everything was brand new, sealed, and untouched. I couldn't find any faults; they definitely have my endorsement, and I hope more people choose them to save money. Thank you!
Very satisfied - I ordered a lens between Christmas and New Year, and it arrived just 10 days later. The lens met my expectations and was well packaged (in fact, it took a while to open due to the excellent packing!).
