Very poor standard of food

I purchased a takeaway on Friday the 26th Jan 2024 from Camile, Newbridge, at a cost of 67 euro.The standard was appalling, the food was 25 mins late and stone cold on delivery. It was necessary to heat it in the microwave, which wasn't pleasant. Definitely not worth the money!The following day the restaurant called to say they had issues with their gas which affected orders and a voucher would be issued as a result. Have'nt received anything to date!!In my opinion if there are issues onsite, dont keep sending out food that is not up to standard, as reputation is everything.

Forget something from our order every time!

We stopped ordering from Camille at Sutton Cross because they forgot something from our order every single time. After months we thought we'd try again tonight... they forgot something AGAIN. Also the amount of duck you get for the hoisin pancakes wouldn't fill a sparrows tooth. Massaman curry bulked out with loads of potato, very little duck. Polite staff when I too complain but its just constant issues. Never again!

I ordered a meal this evening from Camile Thai Lucan and I was disappointed to say the least. I have ordered food in the past but to be honest it swings from being excellent to inedible so you take a chance. I was sent an email with a voucher which allows you 20%off if you order in app however there is nowhere to put the code in when you are ordering, my mistake I decided to order anyway. The food arrived from accross the road nearly and hour later (which included a 4 euro delivery charge) . I had ordered a massaman curry, jasmine rice and a potato dish. The rice was overcooked stuck together and most of it went in the bin as it was inedible, the curry was cold and the chicken was rubbery it was so overcooked again inedible, I think the potatoes had been sitting for a long time they again were hard and inedible. At 22.00 euro disgusting for that price. I've learned my lesson this time. Never again.
