Extremely disappointing experience - I would give o stars if i could.I placed an order with Camille and Stone over 10 days ago and, despite paying for Express Post and having Transit Protect automatically added to my order, my package still hasn’t even been received by AusPost for its first scan.I contacted AusPost directly, and they confirmed they do not have the parcel. Yet Camille and Stone continue to blame the delay on AusPost, even though the package clearly hasn’t been handed over to them. Their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive, offering no real solutions or updates.I completely understand delays around this time of year, but blaming the courier when the courier hasn’t even received the item is incredibly frustrating. I paid for express shipping and protection, and I expected at least transparent communication. Sadly, this experience has been far from acceptable.
