Love alll my jewelry , I own maybe 6+ jewelry and I’ve been wearing them daily, we had one tarnish slightly but they said it was a manufacture error, and the team at C&S were very supportive to replace that for me thank you!
I think this is a great Aussie company with lovely customer service. I had a problem with my order and it was fixed within 1 business day. My order was delivered within 2 weeks as per the Australia post timeframes. Jewellery quality is beautiful for the price, I would definitely shop here again 😊
I have recieved the opal earring studs today, and feel so disappointed.Whilst I understood these were small studs. The size of the stud shown in fhe pictures was entirely misleading and must have have been taken with a microfocus lense.Especially as the price point on there were not cheap. I feel deliberately mislead by the way these were sold, and what this product actually is when received.
Extremely disappointing experience - I would give o stars if i could.I placed an order with Camille and Stone over 10 days ago and, despite paying for Express Post and having Transit Protect automatically added to my order, my package still hasn’t even been received by AusPost for its first scan.I contacted AusPost directly, and they confirmed they do not have the parcel. Yet Camille and Stone continue to blame the delay on AusPost, even though the package clearly hasn’t been handed over to them. Their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive, offering no real solutions or updates.I completely understand delays around this time of year, but blaming the courier when the courier hasn’t even received the item is incredibly frustrating. I paid for express shipping and protection, and I expected at least transparent communication. Sadly, this experience has been far from acceptable.
If I could give a -0 I would! DO NOT BUY FROM COMPANY IF NOT LIVING IN AUSTRALIA! I placed an order in early December for delivery to my address in the USA and haven’t received yet and with no updates. Tracking doesn’t get you anywhere! Tracker said headed to the states via the email I received after several times requesting a delivery date. I then got an email saying I have to pick up order at P.O. in Australia. Sent multiple emails to Camille and Stone support and no response. No delivery and no help, and no option for refund!
