Really disappointed with the quality of the necklace I received. Got it as a present for Valentine’s Day. Looked nothing like the photos and was poor/cheap quality. Extremely disappointed as it looked like a very cheap knock-off. Have sent it back and am waiting for a refund but not holding my breath. Also ordered gold but they sent me silver, probably cheaper again to make.
