I had a deeply disappointing experience with Camilla’s customer service. My partner, who lives in another country, bought me a birthday gift—a jacket in size M. Unfortunately, it was much too big, so we requested an exchange for a smaller size (S). Shockingly, they flat-out refused, citing that the 14-day exchange window had passed, despite fully knowing that we were dealing with an international situation.Their lack of flexibility was astounding—this wasn’t a request for a refund, just a simple size exchange. For a brand that positions itself as high-end, I expected far better.My advice: only purchase from Camilla if you’re 100% certain about your size, because their customer service is non-existent. They won’t assist you at all, and they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction. I, for one, will never be buying from Camilla again.
