Well what can I say about the Warehouse Sale except that it was a bad experience for me. Pants that were labelled XL but the wrong size, sent a short kaftan when I paid for a long one, a scoopback top that was modal crap when it should have been silk, studs on items instead of crystals. Very disappointing and a rip off tbh. Won’t be buying from Camilla for some time.

Nicole from the Armadale store was so beautiful and professional today. I was very stressed about wearing the right black suit for my daughter’s black tie wedding. She was incredibly patient and empathetic and hence I purchased an amazing and stunning black power suit which made me feel feminine and comfortable especially for such a big occasion. She went above and beyond and the suit and cut were amazing and got a massive tick of approval from the bride to be. I would come back to this store again and again just to relive the customer service and kindness she offered me. Go Camilla and Marc! Amazing customer service from a fabulous staff member.Cheers Claire
I have purchased from Camilla before but have never returned until this purchase. However, for a company that costs so much, you would think they would invest in true customer service. They received my return January 7th and their stated policy to me is 5-7 days return. It’s now 17 days later and I have had to dispute through my bank after several requests for my refund. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Needless to say I will not be shopping with them again.
I received my 6. piece from you today and i liked it a lot but i must complain about the packaging. Clothes that cost that much should come in a nice hard box. My coat war wraped in plastic only and travelled from Australia (?) to Germany. It could have easily been damaged. Please work on that. I recently placed an order on Etro Italy- the packaging for the same price was just amazing. As for the quality most of the pieces (5/6) looked really nice. The sixth one is also nice but the costs do not match the quality. Camilla offers some extravagant pieces for those i could stay customer but i would choose my purchases carefully.
Terrible quality and even worse customer service… I bought an item to take on holiday that they did not ship for over a week resulting it arriving while I was already overseas- despite their slack turn around time, they refused a refund because it was “on sale”. I also bought another top which is so poorly made I put it straight into a charity bin. Don’t bother.
I am deeply disappointed with Camilla’s customer service and final sale policy. I purchased an expensive sweatshirt online for around $700 on final sale( normal Price around $1500) I have been a loyal customer for many years and always order size S from Camilla, so I followed the product description which clearly stated “take your normal size.” I did exactly that. The item arrived huge completely unwearable. An XS would have fit, but Camilla refuses to offer any exchange, even for a different size of the same item. I understand that brands have policies, but for a so called luxury brand, this approach is extremely rigid and disappointing.Online shopping always carries risk, especially with sizing. Leaving loyal customers stuck with very expensive items they cannot wear feels unfair and careless. A simple size exchange would have shown basic respect for long-term clients instead, I was met with a hard no and zero flexibility.Luxury is not just about price tags and marketing it’s about customer care. Sadly, this experience showed none. I will think very carefully before ever purchasing from Camilla online again.
I've never had such discusting customer service anywhere.Nadine from Robina was incredibly rude, unprofessional & ignorant. I wanted to exchange a faulty $750 dress. She then called me instead of her area manager, bagging me on a voice msg. When my mother & I returned to the store it went from bad to worse, with her refusing to apologise to turn of her ipad at the counter. I would never have her working in a high end store.
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with CAMILLA E-Boutique was so poor that I feel compelled to warn others.Customer Service: The replies I received felt like generic AI-generated templates, with no genuine effort to address my concerns. It was frustrating and dismissive.Product Quality: The clothes were shockingly below expectations. The outfits did not meet the standard you’d expect in Australia, both in terms of fabric and fit.Overall Impression: Between the terrible service and disappointing products, I cannot recommend this store to anyone.Final Verdict: Stay away from CAMILLA E-Boutique. If I could give them a negative rating, it would be -10 out of 10.
DO NOT BUY , I ordered a dress from this company, and I'm extremely disappointed. The quality was nothing like the photos -- the fabric feels and looks very very cheap, no embellishments at all, their website pictures show a totally different dress The lowest quality there is, never ever seen a company steal customers money this way, It's very frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't meet even basic expectations.
