I ordered some products to overseas but they never arrived.They were retained since the package contained "unidentifiable liquids" so I contacted the customer service for help and they took about 3 weeks to contact me, only to ask me if everything cleared up. I replied I didn't (since it hasn't been solved) and they haven't answered back, from that it has been about a month and a half. And I have been sending emails every week for an update on the issue and still no reply from them,
