I was placing an order for the Casi Myra ballet flats on Saturday and when I put in my payment information, Camper's portal said that the payment could not be processed. So I put it in again, and it worked. When I went to my inbox, I saw that two orders had been created and checked my bank account to find that Camper charged me twice. I contacted their customer service IMMEDIATELY asking them to cancel the duplicate order before anything was shipped. I then emailed them again two days later because one month ago, I tried to order the same shoes, and they never arrived, and it took camper WEEKS to even respond to my emails about what was going on, and I wanted to reiterate how important it was to me to get the ordered canceled since the shoes don't even seem to arrive. They emailed me today saying that it was too late and they shipped them out today, and that I will have to wait until the shoes arrive to return them. Considering I've now tried ordering the same shoes and they never arrived, this feels like a bald faced fraud and I feel robbed. I have no reason to believe that the order will arrive or that I will ever get the money back that they took. On the off chance their customer service people care at all or check these reviews, I need a refund on order 4007932295 now.
