Extremely disappointed with Camper. They cancelled my confirmed order claiming a 'technical error,' yet the exact same product remained in stock with a significantly higher price tag immediately after. This is a clear case of price manipulation and a total lack of respect for consumer rights.
Cancelling orders to force customers to pay more is unethical and unprofessional. I expected better from a global brand. Avoid buying from their online store if you don't want your time wasted and your money played with.
I am still trying to find out why a 10 per cent discount offer was not honoured from shoes I bought last July. That email was never answered. I applied for the 10 per cent discount offered on my latest purchase and was told that it had already been applied last July ( incorrect). The worst thing is there is no customer care phone number - even though they say contact it? Has anyone found one for the uk? I’m going to have to go to a shop or phone the number in Spain. How can they treat customers in such a negligent and unprofessional way? Furious .
DECEMBER 8: Still waiting. UPDATE2: Apparently they called me this morning but I was not available to answer the phone. I called them back (three times) and no one will answer. Please reach out via email to be safe. I was placing an order for the Casi Myra ballet flats on Saturday and when I put in my payment information, Camper's portal said that the payment could not be processed. So I put it in again, and it worked. When I went to my inbox, I saw that two orders had been created and checked my bank account to find that Camper charged me twice. I contacted their customer service IMMEDIATELY asking them to cancel the duplicate order before anything was shipped. I then emailed them again two days later because one month ago, I tried to order the same shoes, and they never arrived, and it took camper WEEKS to even respond to my emails about what was going on, and I wanted to reiterate how important it was to me to get the ordered canceled since the shoes don't even seem to arrive. They emailed me today saying that it was too late and they shipped them out today, and that I will have to wait until the shoes arrive to return them. Considering I've now tried ordering the same shoes and they never arrived, this feels like a bald faced fraud and I feel robbed. I have no reason to believe that the order will arrive or that I will ever get the money back that they took. On the off chance their customer service people care at all or check these reviews, I need a refund on order 4007932295 now.

Extremely poor quality products.I have been buying Camper shoes for over 15 years and the quality is getting worse each time. The last (€150) pair have only lasted 6 months before falling apart. The pair before that lasted 8 months. However I purchased $50 shoes from Payless shoes 1 year ago and they are still going strong. Camper have advised me that their products are now manufactured in Vietnam and China and since making this move, the quality has dramatically decreased; yet the cost hasn't?I emailed Camper and they basically said Thank you for your loyalty for the past 15 years and all the best. I'm shocked with their customer service levels just as much as the product quality!
Contacted them on live chat and wasn’t sure if I was talking to a robot or a person. Turns out it was a person but one that only used one word answers or questions such as ‘yes?’ which was a way to ask me what my question was. Unhelpful and rude really.
