After purchasing my vehicle two years ago, the initial sales experience was excellent. However, the post-sales service and warranty support have been incredibly disappointing. The issues lie not in the quality of work, but in customer service, incorrect information, and communication. I've encountered repeated problems, including being told work was completed when it wasn't. This has happened multiple times, and if it weren't for my warranty, I would not return. There seems to be a lack of coordination between the teams, which leads to unmet expectations.
