While he assured me of his commitment to customer care, it felt like empty promises, as there was a lack of action. Unless I followed up, nothing moved forward; proactive support was nonexistent. While some may have had good experiences, I ask you to consider: if you're investing a significant amount, do you want to risk enduring the same service challenges I've faced? It might be wise to look for alternatives.

I had an issue with the bed in my almost new vehicle, and I was set to travel in it the following week. The team managed to fit me in before my trip, replacing a part and resolving a problem with the passenger door. I couldn't ask for more! Special thanks to the staff involved!

After purchasing my vehicle two years ago, the initial sales experience was excellent. However, the post-sales service and warranty support have been incredibly disappointing. The issues lie not in the quality of work, but in customer service, incorrect information, and communication. I've encountered repeated problems, including being told work was completed when it wasn't. This has happened multiple times, and if it weren't for my warranty, I would not return. There seems to be a lack of coordination between the teams, which leads to unmet expectations.
