My parents own a lodge at Theobalds campsite owned by The Camping and Caravanning Club. They have had the lodge for over ten years. Two days ago they received an email stating that the campsite was being sold, with completion tomorrow (Friday). Absolutely disgusted with The Camping and Caravanning site. I went there today and even the wardens didn't know what was going on, they had been told at the same time as the lodge owners. We have to wait until tomorrow to find out who had bought the land. If it's a housing development site, my parents holiday home becomes worthless. Disgusting that something so clearly been in the making for months has only been told to us the week the land is being sold. Shame on you Camping and Caravanning Club.
