Overpriced sites, greedy company. A couple of examples. I recently stayed at a private independent site where the owner told me they were no longer affiliated the C&CC. The owner installed electricity on pitches and the C&CC immediately increased the price by £10/night. According to owner the average elec usage was less then £1 per night so the C&CC average profit on electricity alone was 1000 percent ! Another C&CC site advertised the price as 'from £10/night. I completed the online form for a small motorhome plus 2 people for 2 nights and up popped the price £180 !!! C&CC sites are generally ok but many prices are simply rip off greedflation.
