Sandringham The Caravaning Club the 'friendly club' couldn't be further from the truth regarding staff reception.I came along for a visit, look around and to find out more information. To the staff on reception this seemed like an alien idea. They were less than fourth coming with everything eventually handing me a book, had to ask for prices. No print outs and told on wall pointing over to it. The gentleman on reception barely took himself off his keyboard for a second to then go back to it. The lady equally disinterested. I was a new customer looking for information. This is the second site with this same attitude I had visited that day and see similar issues noted with club sites on Trust Pilote. I spoke with the two people directly in a friendly manner before I left stating how poor I thought their welcome attitude was to someone new to caravaning.
