Review Time
TWO WEEKS - no delivery, no email, no explanation. I ‘m giving them two days before i initiate proceedings. USE A CREDIT CARD + CHARGEBACK. Otherwise the owner *(name in companies house) will keep your money. No wonder directors resign from his assimilated cash cow. RUBBISH COMPANY. Edit: the company have still NOT DELIVERED MY ITEM - No explanation or email but they Do put in a complaint about my honest review. Take a little time to look into this company before sending a penny. Disgraceful
The items I ordered where on pre order but were delivered quicker than I thought they would be available.
Contact with the company was quick and positive so I would recommend them from customer service point of view alone, however I also found their prices to be competitive.
What’s not to like.
Ordered a kelly kettle .told it would be delivered in 7 to 14 days. Didnt arrive then was told on chat it would arrive at end of week. Nothing arrived. So emailed . was told they havent had any delivery of them ,so they couldnt give me a date of when it would be delivered to me. Wish i had done my research on here before ordering.
I ordered a product but they didn't send it, so I canceled the order, but this time they didn't refund my money. I contacted them and requested a refund, but they kept stalling me, saying "okay" each time, but never processed the refund. Absolutely unreliable company.
I ordered an awning roof and they kept telling me it was out of stock. I contacted the manufacturer and they informed me there was no problems with supply. They continued to lie to me for over a month. Do NOT ever buy anything from this company. They lie, they cheat, they are an absolute disgrace
Stay away from this scam of a company at all costs! Took my money for an order they couldn't fulfil, no updates or messages to say that the product was on back order. I had to chase every single time and eventually cancelled. Received no cancellation documents and have had to continuously chase a refund (which I still have not recieved) This company needs to be shut down absolutely shocking customer service
