On arriving for our holiday in Cornwall at the weekend one of our Kampa Croyde Classic 6 air beam tubes blew! We immediately phoned Camping World where the tent had been purchased 5 years ago for advice. The customer service from Alex was nothing short of outstanding. He contacted Kampa on Monday, advised us of the replacement price, took payment over the telephone then ordered a new tube to be delivered directly the campsite we are staying.
