Order canceled on December 1. still no refund.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Camping World.
On December 1st, my order was canceled because the item I purchased was reportedly damaged. While I understand that issues can happen, the real problem began when I never received my refund.
I contacted customer care regarding the missing refund and was told they would reach out to the accounting team. After several follow-up emails and still no refund, I was advised to contact Customer Relations instead.
I reached out to Customer Relations multiple times and received no response at all. I then contacted Camping World via WhatsApp to complain about the missing refund and the lack of response from Customer Relations. Initially, they told me that Customer Relations was handling the matter and that they would request urgent action.
Despite this assurance, I sent another email to Customer Relations and was ignored again. When I contacted WhatsApp support once more, after several messages back and forth, I was told to contact Customer Relations because they are “not responsible for refunds.”
This has been an incredibly frustrating and exhausting process. I have been repeatedly redirected between departments, ignored, and left without my refund. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
