Horrible first time buying experience at the Idaho Falls location. Dishonest, deceptive, and flat out lied to by the finance department. They told me my GAP insurance I purchased through my own agent for $8 per year was not the same as their $999 GAP policy and would not cover me, when in fact I verified with my company it is the same coverage, They refused a cashiers check from my credit union and told me the deal was only good if I financed through them. The list goes on and on. They charge you $$ just to walk through your new camper and show you the features, which most dealers do for free. They were not transparent with their finance process and extra fees. Bottom line, save yourself the headache and do not do business with Camping World. You will get much better customer service elsewhere.
