Be aware cw has a 2995.00 charge for a package called let's go camping 50.If you dont pay this, they will not inspect.clean or do a walk thru or fill propane or sewer hose kit.It will be as it sits on the lot and only a battery put in.They would only put it in parking lot and you pick.it up.Its a shame you have to pay almost 3000.00 to have your new camper cleaned and checked.Wish I made that much cleaning and detailing campers.

Disappointing Experience with the Financing Process

On January 11th, we arrived for our scheduled 11:30 AM walk-through of the RV we were purchasing. The walk-through itself went smoothly, but the financing process that followed was very disappointing. There was only one loan officer available, and several customers were waiting. While we understood the delay, the subsequent interaction was unacceptable. When the loan officer finally came to us, he informed us—rather abruptly and without any courtesy—that if we did not close that day, our deal would be canceled. His tone was unprofessional and confrontational, making us feel extremely uncomfortable. At that point, we decided to cancel the purchase instead of enduring that treatment. We tried to speak with the Sales Manager, but instead of listening, she claimed we were “too difficult to deal with.” This remark seemed to arise from a previous incident when she insisted we sign all the closing paperwork before the warranty would take effect. My wife reasonably explained that we wanted the promised repairs completed before signing the final documents, especially since we had already put down a significant deposit. Rather than addressing our concern, the manager argued with us and walked away angrily. In all our years of making major purchases, we have never encountered such unprofessional or disrespectful customer service. The second incident made it clear that the company did not value our business, and we ultimately decided they did not deserve it.

The most frustrating experience with an RV dealer.

This has been the most frustrating experience with an RV dealer. We purchased our RV at a show, and during the paperwork process, they continually took the documents back, promising we would receive everything later. We signed on a tablet, but when we finished, they claimed the printers were down and we would have to wait until we picked up the RV for our paperwork. When we returned the next day, our salesperson wouldn’t even speak to us. The manager informed us there was no paperwork available. To make matters worse, we were misled about the extended warranty, which was for only five years instead of the lifetime of the vehicle as we were told. We paid for tax, tag, and title but never received the tag. When we inquired about the delay, we were told we needed to pay additional fees at the tag office, which turned out to be a misunderstanding since the dealer hadn’t paid anything. Upon picking up the RV, we found several issues, but after signing an acceptance letter weeks prior, they were not in a rush to make repairs. This led to canceled trips and lost deposits. We ultimately had to seek repairs elsewhere at our own expense. Additionally, despite claims of discounts for extras, we were charged full price and even for an orientation that was poorly conducted. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I have yet to hear anything positive about this dealer.

Deceptive Pricing and Hidden Fees!

These individuals are more misleading than a used car dealership! I was informed that the RV was listed at $38k, but they pressured me to buy by the end of the year for $31k. However, the actual MSRP was $59k, not $38k, with an 18k discount bringing the price to $35k, not $31k. I requested some additional features that the salesman claimed would be extra, which I accepted. Additionally, there were processing fees and a vacation package fee that included cleaning the RV and ensuring everything functioned properly—why should I pay for services they should provide to sell their vehicle? There was also a membership fee that I was never informed about. They quoted me a financing plan with a $10k down payment for $32k, but when I inquired about financing part of it with a 12-month same-as-cash option, they did not offer that. Ultimately, with taxes and all the additional costs, my quote jumped from $31k to $42k.

Disappointing support focused on profit.

Disappointing support focused on profit. I bought a trailer and just a week later had some simple questions because the owner's manual was unhelpful, yet they tried to charge me for assistance from the service department. I won't purchase anything from them again or take my trailer for service; they seem more interested in money than in genuine customer support.

Caution: This dealership is not trustworthy.

Caution: This dealership is not trustworthy. They will sell you anything without considering your vehicle's towing capacity. They charge $1,000 for a young representative who struggles with the language to quickly explain features, adding this to your invoice without informing you. The finance representative aggressively promotes an extended warranty, misleadingly stating it only increases your monthly payment by $50, while neglecting to mention the $13,000 retail price added to the financed amount, resulting in high interest over 180 months on top of the RV cost. You only discover this when your first bill arrives. Research online shows numerous customer complaints and legal disputes. It's best to choose a different option.

Regret buying from this company

I regret purchasing my trailer from this company. I bought it two months ago, and it has been in for repairs ever since. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.

Disappointing experience with my RV cover order

I ordered an $800 RV cover, but the wrong one was sent by the manufacturer, as the company acted as the intermediary. It took over a month to receive return labels, and with winter coming, I decided to use the cover to protect my RV. I was told that since the cover had been used, a refund wasn't possible. They offered a discounted price for the less expensive cover I received, totaling $75. Instead of crediting my card, they provided a gift card for $75. It's frustrating how some companies seem more focused on profit than on customer satisfaction.

The worst experience ever!

We ordered our fifth wheel. It arrived on 12/24, but before taking it, we hired an inspector who found 17 issues that needed fixing. We had to wait until 5/25 for everything to be addressed. Then, we discovered the TV wasn’t working. So, we returned it on 11/25 for repairs. The service representative was unprofessional and dismissive. He pressured us to pick it up quickly to avoid storage fees, despite our inability to do so until we retrieved our truck. After waiting 5 months for our new RV, now we face storage fees because we can’t pick it up. The representative's attitude was appalling, making me feel guilty for the situation. I advise against this company!
