Our camper broke down early into our trip. Camplify’s support was woeful. Your lack of contacts and infrastructure across Australia is inexcusable. To also leave all decision making up to the owner without recommendations or assistance is a cop out. We ended up calling the local police to get our own support. The only positive is that you have ensured that I get a full refund from the booking. This is due to the owners actions which I greatly appreciate. Five days later and I’m yet to see the funds however.
