The product advertised was out of stock. The estimated wait time extended from one month to four months, during which I moved and updated my shipping address with the company. Despite this, they sent the item to my old address, 600 miles away. When I called for help, they denied any responsibility for ignoring my updated address, insisting that it was the address I provided at the time of the order. This led to additional costs and effort on my part to track down the item and arrange for it to be sent to my current address. The item received appears to be from a gray market, with a color combination exclusive to Europe. I hope it fits, as I don’t want to deal with this company again for returns.
