Unsatisfactory shipping experience

Shipping took a considerable amount of time! The item arrived without the original packaging, despite a shipping fee of $18.05. I had to wait twelve days! Additionally, my in-store review was rejected, even though it contained no inappropriate content.

REVIEW DECLINED DUE TO NEGATIVE FEEDBACK! SLOW SHIPPING AND NO ORIGINAL PACKAGING

Shipping took an excessive amount of time! The product arrived without its original box or tissue paper. I paid $18.05 for shipping and had to wait TWELVE DAYS! Moreover, my in-store review was declined, even though it was appropriate and respectful.

Lack of accountability - consider shopping elsewhere

I placed an order on January 1 and paid $60 for expedited shipping. When it wasn’t sent by the weekend, I tried to reach out via email before their office opened on Monday, but received no response. On Tuesday morning, I sent another message, and still got no reply until the item finally shipped. I leave the country tomorrow and will miss the order. I called the support team, and they said they would only refund the shipping if USPS agrees to return it. The company shows no responsibility for taking three business days to ship an expedited order. I’m disputing this with my credit card company and advise others to avoid ordering from them, regardless of the discounts available - it’s not worth the trouble. I will only remove this review if I receive a full refund promptly.

Terrible customer service

The product advertised was out of stock. The estimated wait time extended from one month to four months, during which I moved and updated my shipping address with the company. Despite this, they sent the item to my old address, 600 miles away. When I called for help, they denied any responsibility for ignoring my updated address, insisting that it was the address I provided at the time of the order. This led to additional costs and effort on my part to track down the item and arrange for it to be sent to my current address. The item received appears to be from a gray market, with a color combination exclusive to Europe. I hope it fits, as I don’t want to deal with this company again for returns.

No refund for defective product

This company does not support their products, even if they are defective. I purchased a tent less than a year ago, and after using it for the fourth time, it leaked during a rainstorm. Upon returning from camping, I contacted customer service for a refund and was informed of a 30-day return policy, leaving me with no recourse. I will not shop here again, knowing they have such a strict return policy for unusable products.

Poor customer service - not worth the hassle

Three out of four packages arrived poorly packed, resulting in multiple damaged items. The claim of 'free returns' does not apply for international shipments, and the costs exceeded the value of the items. The process was lengthy and obstructive, requiring photos of the damaged box, while disregarding the fact that the damage was due to the items inside hitting each other during shipping. It's clear the issue lies with improper packing by the company. Unless you're in the US, consider shopping elsewhere. I'm now out of pocket with damaged products.

Incredibly slow processing

I placed an order at the end of June. They charged my card right away, but it took over a week to begin processing the order. On July 8th, I was informed there was no estimated shipping date, despite being told my items were in stock. The new update stated that shipping would not occur until July 23rd. Cancelling the order was straightforward, and I received confirmation promptly, which was the only positive aspect of this experience.

Ordered a helmet that didn't fit

I ordered a ski helmet that was unreturnable, despite my order confirmation and invoice stating otherwise. It claimed returns were free and easy. Now, I'm stuck with a $250 helmet that doesn't fit. I will never shop with this company again.

A positive shopping experience!

I got a high-quality backpack for $100 less than the retail price. I was a bit anxious because the website seemed similar to another that often claims to have stock when they don't. However, the item arrived just a few days after I ordered it. Overall, it was a great experience.

Discount not honored, misleading practices

The company did not honor an online discount they were promoting sitewide. I had an item in my cart with a coupon code they advertised, but when I returned to finalize my order, the discount was no longer applicable, and the item was now only eligible for in-store rewards points. Other models still accepted the discount, but the one I wanted did not. This seems like a tactic to push customers to pay full price or settle for rewards points.
