Just installed the app on IOS following the trial instructions as it was clearly stating that the trial would end after 3 days and they would let me know 24 hours in advance so I wouldn't miss. They didn't, I filed an official complaint and received "automated/AI generated e-mails briefly saying nothing could be done." paid $78 for 3 document scanning which could also be done by the phones camera
