I paid for full access to the app, but after completing the payment, I was still unable to access the premium features. The app continued to show that I had not made any payment and kept asking me to pay again.Due to this issue, I contacted Apple to request a refund. However, I was told that a refund couldn’t be issued and that I should contact my bank instead.This experience was very frustrating. I paid but never received what I paid for. Please look into this issue and ensure it doesn’t happen to others.
