Extremely disappointing service. My order was cancelled twice without proper notification. With the holiday season approaching, one would expect a smoother process. I had to call a store to find the customer service number because the one in the email was non-functional. That’s when I learned my order had been cancelled. I will not be making any further purchases, as I've never encountered so many issues with a straightforward order.
