Disappointing experience with payment issues.

I had a frustrating experience. When I paid with a debit card, the charge went through immediately. I spent 184 for three items, but one was cancelled. I was assured of a refund and a $15 credit, yet I received another charge for the remaining items. It seems debit payments are treated differently. Now, I'm out over $300. I was promised a refund of 184 next week, but this situation feels very unprofessional, and I won't be using this service again. I've ordered clothes online frequently, and I've never faced such issues.

Extremely Disappointing Experience After Years of Loyalty

After being a loyal customer for many years, this has been a truly frustrating experience! They charged me for my entire order, and after 22 days without shipping, I reached out three times without any reply. They informed me that the order failed on their side and could not be fulfilled. It took an additional 10 days to finally receive a refund, and by then, all the items were sold out. As a form of compensation, they offered a discount on a future order, which was less than the original sale price. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to retrieve my money for an order they never intended to fulfill.

Frustrating Experience with Order and Support

I placed an order on October 5th, using a gift card, and was additionally charged the full amount on my credit card. When I contacted support on October 6th, I was told to wait for my order to arrive, which was delayed due to a postal strike. When the order finally arrived, I followed the instructions from support and went to the store, only to find out they couldn't assist me because a gift card was used, and I had to return to online support. This is the second time I've experienced an issue that required me to visit the store only to be redirected back online. This is where everything fell apart. For nearly two months, no one in online support has been able to resolve the issue. Each time I reach out, I’m informed that my case has been “forwarded to management” and that I would hear back in 1–3 days, but I never receive any updates. After several weeks of this, they instructed me to call a number, which turned out to be unavailable. This has been extremely frustrating and reflects poor customer service, and I am still dealing with the double charge. The only positive aspect was the kindness of the general manager at the local store, but unfortunately, everything else has been a disaster. The company seriously needs to enhance its support process. I’m giving one star because there’s no option for zero.

I placed a Christmas order, but the delivery address was altered, and FedEx mishandled the shipment. When I contacted an associate, they said it could take up to 30 days to resolve the issue, and I was informed it was too late to cancel. Awful Experience

Extremely poor customer service experience. My order had incorrect shipping and billing addresses, which I reported immediately, but their support operates only during weekdays. I called first thing Monday, but they were unhelpful. The item hadn’t shipped yet, yet they couldn't change the address or cancel the order. They didn’t even know who was shipping it! All I was told was to wait for an email from the shipping company. It's disappointing that the company can't manage basic customer service tasks. I won't be ordering again.

They lack a cancel order option, making it a hassle if you want to make changes. They claimed they refunded me, but there’s no trace of the money in my account, leading my husband to contact the bank for answers.
