I placed an order on October 5th and used a gift card, but was also charged on my credit card. I contacted support the next day and was told to wait for delivery, which was delayed due to a postal strike. When it finally arrived, the store couldn't assist me because I had used a gift card, forcing me to return to online support. For nearly two months, no one could resolve my issue, and I was repeatedly told my case was escalated but received no follow-up. After being instructed to call a number that wasn’t in service, I felt completely let down. The only positive was the kindness of the store manager, but the overall service was a nightmare. Major improvements are needed in the support process.
