I ordered two pairs of sweatpants but was disappointed with one, as the fit and color were not as expected. The system had issues, making returns difficult. They don’t offer free returns or exchanges, and I lost $10 because I was not given an option to exchange and didn’t want a gift card refund. This is disappointing for a brand with a strong reputation. I won’t be ordering again.
