One time, they were not able to deliver the flowers indicated in the bouquet I ordered and they sent me an email to say they would have to make substitutions. Not a problem at all. Their prices are always very reasonable and using the accumulated points as well as a promo code for free delivery and I saved lots of money. I won't go anywhere else to order flowers for delivery anywhere in Canada.
