I ordered these flowers for my daughter late at night and worried she wouldn’t get them on time next day. Then I needed them delivered before noon and they were delivered exactly when I needed them. They were beautiful and my daughter loved them.
While I was originally upset because I got a phone call saying the florist couldn’t deliver the day I booked, when I expressed my concerns and asked why they couldn’t use another florist, they followed through and the delivery was prompt and beautiful. Much appreciated.

I ordered two “Supreme” upgraded bouquets with paid SAME-DAY delivery for a friend in Calgary whose dog had just died. She is battling Stage 4 lung cancer. The entire reason I paid extra was so the flowers would arrive that day.
Had I been told at checkout that same-day delivery wasn’t available, I would have ordered from a local florist immediately. Instead, I was notified the NEXT DAY — after my money was taken. No refund of the same-day fee was offered.
Four days later, the flowers were delivered… to ME. Wrong province.
The arrangements were nothing like what was advertised. Grocery-store quality at best. They failed to deliver the product that was ordered.
I then called a local Calgary florist and spent the same amount. Within HOURS, they delivered a massive, stunning bouquet. Same day. Photos will be posted.
Customer service was worse than the flowers:
• I was given an invalid email address (confirmed by FIVE Mailer Daemon bounce-backs).
• I was hung up on.
• I was laughed at on the phone while trying to resolve a grief order.
• I was promised a manager callback. It never happened.
No apology. No refund. No accountability.
Not only was the moment ruined, but they added insult to injury — and that’s not a metaphor.

Very easy to order online and the choices were plentiful. They arrived at my daughter in law’s workplace without issue. I also was impressed with the call centre as I was attended to very quickly with my question answered and with friendly service. Will use this company again!
I paid extra for same day delivery.The flowers arrived 6 days late. In the meantime, I emailed 3 times to find out where things were and didn't get a reply.I ordered a bottle of red wine and chocolates with the flower delivery. Canadian flowers delivered a bottle of white wine and crackers.... Yes crackers with the flowers. Shockingly poor and very disappointing experience. Will never use again.
Ordered a Premium flower arrangement for a funeral service. What they sent was a budget arrangement . I complained that what I ordered was not sent...The flowers looked nothing like the picture. no Hydrangea, no roses no lilys . instead substituted with carnations and some sort of filler flowers. I could see right away it looked like the picture of a budget arrangement that was offered. I complained...they said they are able to make substitutions. this went from a premium arrangement to a budget arrangement with the flowers they put in . I was so upset that the wrong arrangement was sent and then they tried to tell me it was ok to turn a premium arrangement into a budget one. not ok with me. so I do not recommend canada flowers. Order directly from the flower shop and do not go through canada flowers. they have terrible customer service and just do not care when they make a mistake
I am very disappointed with my experience ordering funeral flowers from this company. The arrangement delivered was completely misrepresentative of what was purchased and so unacceptable that it had to be removed from the service area during the funeral. The embarrassment this caused my family at such a sensitive time cannot be overstated.I contacted the company within 24 hours of the service to report the issue, yet the complaint was dismissed because no photographs were provided. Photographing floral arrangements during a funeral is inappropriate and insensitive, and it is unreasonable to expect grieving families to do so. Despite timely contact, multiple follow-ups, and a clear explanation of the circumstances, the company refused to take responsibility and hid behind policy.The only resolution offered was a small future discount, which is insulting given the situation and nothing to address the actual issue. To make matters worse, several other family members who ordered funeral arrangements from this company for the same service experienced similar issues.This was a profoundly disappointing and unprofessional experience during one of the most difficult moments for our family. I would strongly advise others against using this service for funeral arrangements or any event for that matter.
The product ordered from the website did not remotely resemble what was received. I wish I could post the pictures so you can see how horrible the product was, no Ruben lilies, no hydrangea, no alstroemeria just filler of mums and mini carnations and tree mini roses. We paid for the upgrade, I would hate to see the regular. BUYER BEWARE!!! When we brought it to their attention, it was the florist made substitutions but the value was the same. It was not and I will not recommend their services or use this company again.
