I should have looked at reviews before ordering from Canada Flowers. I also spent over $100 dollars on an upgraded bouquet advertised as "Telefora's Passionate Purple Tulips ~ supposedly 20 stems" for my best friend's milestone birthday, and while the delivery was on time (hence the two stars), they didn't have enough purple tulips so they substituted (a), then they sent multicolors instead (b). After sending a formal complaint, they admitted that they counted 15 tulips in the picture (which my friend sent me to just say thank you), and that the affiliate said they included 20 stems (c). They responded back asking me to send more pictures at different angles. I'm sorry absolutely not, how embarrassing that would be for me to ask her to do that. Super disappointed, I will not order from this company again.
