Following up on the refund issue for a return parcel lost in transit by DHL (courier contracted by Canada Goose). Despite refusing to refund the item in response to comprehensive evidence that DHL lost the parcel en route (text confirmation, tracking link, DHL email, CCTV footage of the parcel) - Canada Goose continue to insist (contrary to all evidence) that the parcel was never returned.
They have now become completely unresponsive to my correspondence for multiple weeks via email, while promising call-backs from customer service to discuss the problem which never arrive. It seems they have resorted to ghosting their customers as a final tactic to avoid refunding items…
I am now taking the issue up with Amex directly but please be very wary of buying anything online with Canada Goose - the experience has been totally shocking (doing anything from lying to ignoring evidence to ghosting me - anything to avoid giving a refund).
Looking through Trustpilot, it appears that others have experienced similar issues.
